Mr Andrew joined Goole Academy as an Assistant Principal in 2023 having previously operated in this role at another academy within Delta Academies Trust. Before joining Delta Academies Trust he also held senior leadership roles at two other academies, contributing towards whole school rewards systems and teaching and learning.
