Thirteen

Thirteen is an online resource, offering young people (and parents) information, advice and support concerning a huge range of subjects, from mental health to bullying to LGBT+. It is a place free of judgement, designed to help young people and lead them to further information and contacts where necessary.

Integrated Specialist Public Health Nursing Service (ISPHNS)

ISPHNS is an NHS service that delivers the Healthy Child Programme. This is designed to offer specialist health support to children (from the point of pregnancy through to adulthood), in partnership with health, education and other organisations. Those aged 11-19 can use the ChatHealth confidential text messaging service to discuss any health concerns and make medical appointments.

Childline

Childline is a free, private and confidential service where young people can talk about any concerns they have (online or on the phone) anytime. They provide trained counsellors, advice and resources to help with a huge range of issues, including mental health. There are also message boards where you can share your experiences, have fun and get support from other similar young people.

Kooth

Kooth provides a free, safe and anonymous place for young people to find online mental health support and counselling. Contains helpful articles and personal pieces written by young people. Help others by sharing experiences, keep a mental-health journal and track personal goals.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)

CAMHS help and support to young people experiencing difficulties with their mental health, emotions, relationships, personal development or behaviour.
