Nearly 1,000 Pupils Come Together for the Delta Games

Over the past two days, almost 1,000 pupils from across Delta Academies Trust have taken part in the Delta Games, hosted at the Eco-Power Stadium and delivered by Action Fusion.

The first day welcomed nearly 500 primary pupils, with secondary students taking to the track and field on day two. Pupils have competed in a variety of athletics events, including long jump, shot put, speed bounce and sprint races.

The Delta Games provide a fantastic opportunity for pupils to challenge themselves, stay active and celebrate sport in a fun, inclusive environment. Across both days, the stadium has been packed with energy as pupils encouraged one another and celebrated each other’s achievements.
